*This almond shell breaking machine is for removing the shell by adjusting the gap between the double sticks. 

*There is a rotating roller on the frame, the roller has a rib, and the frame has a ribbed fixed concave surface opposite to the rotating roller, and is fixed. 

*The lower distance between the concave surface and the rotating roller is smaller than the upper spacing.

Product Workflow

There are large and small apricot kernels. 

When breaking the shell, adjust the gap to break the large apricot kernel first. 

The small apricot kernel can't be broken. 

The unbreakable apricot kernel will come out from the upper discharge port, and the broken apricot kernel will come out from the lower discharge port. 

Then adjust the shell-breaking gap, and put the unbroken apricots into the hopper again for shell-breaking.
