Core workflow
1. Mechanical brushing
The equipment drives a chain or directly drives a group of parallel nylon rollers to rotate at high speed through a motor. The dense nylon brush wires on the surface of the roller contact and rub with the material (such as red dates, potatoes, etc.) to remove the dirt, impurities or residual epidermis attached to the surface.
2. High-pressure spray assistance
While the roller rotates, the high-pressure spray system (usually using a circulating water pump with a pressure of 3 kg) sprays water from top to bottom to flush the impurities washed off and further clean the surface of the material.
3. Impurity discharge
The impurities after cleaning are discharged with the water flow through the drainage system at the bottom of the equipment to ensure a clean environment during the cleaning process and avoid secondary pollution.
